What we collect
When you book a lane, join a league or plan a party, we collect your name, email, phone number and the details of your booking.
When you join a league we store the names on your team roster and the averages we use for handicaps.
Booking details: date, start time, number of lanes and bowlers
League rosters and scores for the current and last season
Payment confirmations from our payment provider (we never see or store full card numbers)
Security camera footage inside the building, kept for 30 days
How we use it
We use your information to confirm bookings, send reminders, run leagues and parties, and keep the building safe.
With your permission we send a short monthly email about events like Cosmic Bowl and new league seasons. You can unsubscribe with one click.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the center: our booking system, payment provider and email service. We never sell your information.
Kids and teens
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 except when a parent or guardian books a party or a youth league on their behalf.
Your choices
Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
Ask us to correct or delete it, unless we must keep a payment record
